Nova Scotia Chapter Professional Development Event: PEMAC Open House: Who the heck is PEMAC?

The Nova Scotia Chapter is hosting an Open House. Find out what's happening with PEMAC Asset Management Association of Canada and what’s in it for you!  Come hear from:

Speakers:

Mike Crowell, Maintenance Director, Irving Forest Services. Find out how their Pulp and Paper Division mills have benefited from PEMAC’s Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) Program, with over 40 certified MMP’s over the past 10 years.

Josh VanAndel, Project Manager at Halifax Water, and graduate of the Asset Management Professional (AMP) Program. Hear about the AMP first hand, and benefits since receiving the certification.

Mike Connors, Maintenance Manager, and Jeshua Jeffrey, Fleet Manager, NB,  from Municipal Group of Companies, graduates of the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) Program.  They will share their capstone project and how they have benefited from the training. 

In addition you will hear about:

  • Why you should attend MainTrain 2024 in Saint John, NB, September 23-25

  • What the Nova Scotia chapter has done in the past and future plans

  • ....and much more!

MainTrain is PEMAC's National conference and it is coming to Atlantic Canada in 2024, first time in 14 years!  We need to spread the word!  This Open House is one way to do that.
