All delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers are responsible for booking their hotel room. A discounted rate can be obtained through a room block at the Hilton Saint John by booking directly online by clicking here. We have blocked several rooms between September 21st - 27th, 2024 at a special conference rate of $219/per night. This is first come, first serve. The block will close when we have sold out or on August 25th, 2024, whichever comes first. We suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.

Please note:
When booking a room in PEMAC's discounted room block, the hotel shares name(s) and dates of arrival and departure with PEMAC Events Coordinator.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
72 hour cancellation policy applies to individual reservations. Any individual reservation cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to Saturday, October 4, 2025, will forfeit a one night’s room and tax charge.

Hotel Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of one night’s rate for room & tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Fees will be waived if cancellation notice is received 48 hours prior to departure and/or if the early departure is due to illness or emergency.

Air Travel

We have partnered with AirCanada who have given a 10% discount on all AirCanada travel to and from the conference. You will receive a discount code once you register for the conference.

For the week of September 23rd - 25th (during the conference) the average daily high is 19°C with a low of 8°C.

Family Fun

You are welcome to bring a companion or your entire family with you to the conference. Be sure to select that you are bringing a companion when you book your hotel.

Covid Considerations

PEMAC will adhere to New Brunswick regulations when it comes to events. You can find the most up to date restrictions here: COVID-19 Guidance: Indoor & Outdoor Events. If you are not feeling well or showing any symptoms of a cold, flu, or Ministry of Health documented COVID-19 symptoms before the event, please contact us at events@pemac.org where a refund, less the online registration fee, will be returned. We are a mask and pre-testing friendly conference. Wearing a mask and/or testing is a personal choice. Individuals are encouraged to wear a tight-fitting, well-constructed mask if they feel it is the right choice for them. Attendees acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event.
