PEMAC Opens 2025 Award Nominations

PEMAC Asset Management Association of Canada announces nominations are now open for the 2025 PEMAC Awards, recognizing excellence in asset management, maintenance, and reliability. These prestigious awards celebrate outstanding individuals and teams across Canada, which have made significant contributions to the organizations they serve, the association and the profession.
The award categories include:
Asset Management Leadership Award – Celebrating an individual who has contributed significantly to advancing asset management in their organization or within Canada.
Asset Management Team of the Year Award – Recognizing a team within a Canadian organization, that is making progress towards their organization’s Asset Management goals.
Maintenance Management Leadership Award – Honoring an individual who has contributed significantly to advancing maintenance management in their organization or within Canada.
Maintenance Team of the Year Award – Recognizing a team, from both a small and large Canadian organization, that have demonstrated outstanding performance in maintenance and reliability initiatives.
Sergio Guy Memorial Award – Paying tribute to the efforts of an individual who has made significant contributions to both our profession and our association.
Maintenance Management Professional Capstone Award – Celebrating excellence in PEMAC’s Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program’s final project, the Capstone.
Asset Management Professional Capstone Award – Recognize excellence in PEMAC’s Asset Management Professional (AMP) program’s final project, the Capstone.
Life Membership – Paying tribute to an individual who has retired from a formal leadership position within the association and has made a significant contribution to PEMAC.
“PEMAC is committed to fostering excellence in asset and maintenance management, and our annual awards provide an opportunity to recognize the remarkable work being done by individuals and organizations across the country,” said Alan Cox, Awards Committee Chair. “We encourage professionals to nominate their peers and celebrate the leaders who are driving progress and innovation.”
Nominations for the 2025 PEMAC Awards will be accepted until June 30, 2025. Recipients will be announced during the annual PEMAC Awards dinner, hosted in conjunction with MainTrain 2025 in Calgary, Alberta from October 27 to 29.
