If you have never used the "First Year Free" offer that came with participation in an MMP or AMP Course then Fee Exception 3 ( a ) in the list below applies to you. If you have any kind of membership that is current, then Fee Exception 3 ( b ) applies to you. The time remaining on your membership will be transferred to your Certification. If you are currently unemployed, Fee Exception 3 ( c) applies to you.
