Practitioners and service providers are invited to submit presentation ideas for the opportunity to present at MainTrain 2022, PEMAC's annual maintenance, reliability and asset management conference. Next year's conference will take the take place in Toronto from September 19th to 21st.

Leveraging lessons learned from the last two conferences, which were held online, the 22nd MainTrain conference will be a hybrid event featuring a robust, insightful and engaging program for those who attend in person or online.

"We are thrilled at the opportunity of meeting in person and bringing together presenters, exhibitors and attendees from across Canada and around the world at MainTrain 2022. We also see the opportunity for people who for whatever reason cannot travel to still have access to our many valuable presenters and content." said Ghaz Marinho, PEMAC's Events Coordinator.

"It will be our first time hosting the conference in a hybrid (in-person and online) format and we believe the increased accessibility of an online conference platform, coupled with the energy, learning and engagement of the live event, will make for an unforgettable learning and networking experience. Every year our speakers contribute presentations that provide actionable insights to better maintenance, reliability and asset management practices across industries. We encourage anyone with an interesting case study or presentation to submit their abstract for a chance to be part of the MainTrain 2022 Conference."

MainTrain speakers get the opportunity to share their expertise with delegates while connecting and expanding their network with practitioners from across Canada and around the world. The MainTrain  Committee are seeking workshops, experience-based presentations, case studies and poster sessions that demonstrate the value realized from maintenance, reliability and asset management improvement initiatives.

Connect, Learn and Contribute Your Knowledge

An overview of accepted subject areas and the relationships between them can be found in PEMAC's Body of Knowledge. The subjects covered by PEMAC educational programs, certifications and events are defined by, and aligned to, two subject outlines which could be thought of as two different lenses on the overall life of assets, namely Maintenance Management and Asset Management. Presentations are welcome for any of these categories, with the opportunity to submit more than one presentation for consideration. Presentations are being accepted in English and French. A timeline of important dates can be found on the MainTrain page.

We look forward to receiving your abstract submissions and invite you to join us next September at the 22nd Annual MainTrain Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management Hybrid Conference.
