Lunch and Learn Webcast: Organization Commitment Critical for Asset Management Success (12pm Mountain Time)

Description:
Where is your company currently with your asset management (AM) plan? Is your current environment an opportunity to move the AM agenda forward? Our experience demonstrates that many organizations have several internal challenges and are unable to give priority and the resources to develop a robust AM plan. Understanding and aligning with the decision-makers is critical for a successful AM plan. This presentation will show how to align your AM plan with the strategic focus areas of your organization. Marcia O’Connor will do a review of an organization landscape to identify the gaps and opportunities to show the alignment and value of dedicating funds and resources to your AM plan. She will review the climate, culture, team environment, and communication channels of your company to ascertain successful buy-in. She will also discuss the best ways to develop an integrated AM plan, an acceptance strategy from all stakeholders, and standard language for the executives to obtain organizational acceptance and sponsorship for your AM plan.
