Reliability – Understanding the Critical Basics of the Pdm & CBM Technologies
Making the correct decision on which Predictive Maintenance (Pdm) & Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) technologies to employ is a process that
o Predictive Maintenance Technologies available.
o Applying Pdm in a Condition Based Maintenance world.

Doug Brougham, Appleby Reliability
Mr. Doug Brougham is the principal of Appleby Reliability. Skilled in using the following Pdm tools in a Condition Based Maintenance scenario:
• Vibration Analysis
• Infrared Thermography
• Motor Circuit Analysis
• Ultrasonic Analysis
• Oil Analysis
Doug will lead us through several applications of these tools. Effective use of the above requires investment, training, coaching and, most importantly, support from management as a strategic component of success. Doug will show us how to transition from being event based to enjoying the benefits of a process driven system.
