The Board of Directors plays a crucial role in overseeing the organization’s activities, ensuring it fulfills its mission, and guiding its overall strategy. The Board is primarily responsible for:

Committees

Members serve on a number of committees, project teams and working groups to support key areas of the organization’s operation.

These teams are working together to maintain existing programs and advance the strategic plan.

Staff

Staff are responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of the association’s programs, services, and activities including: program management, member services, marketing and communications, finance, conferences and events, volunteer coordination, and execution of strategy.
