Maintenance Strategy Development

Maintenance Strategy Development Certificate of Achievement

Designed to support maintenance and reliability engineering personnel, and leveraging Module 1 and Module 5 of PEMAC’s Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program, the Maintenance Strategy Development Certificate of Achievement attests that an individual has been trained to build an informed maintenance program.

MMP Module 1 - An Integrated Strategy for Maintenance Management sets the stage for creating an integrated approach to maintenance management. (15 hours)

MMP Module 5 - Maintenance Strategy Development focuses on the elements that inform the development of a robust maintenance program, which aims at physical assets performing safely, capably, reliably, and repeatedly to their desired performance in their given operating context. (30 hours)

Upon completion of the two modules, participants will have a better understanding of the benefits of an integrated maintenance management strategy, as well as the fundamentals of a robust maintenance program, and the various maintenance processes and methods that should be included.
